Ramps for Dinner
You can’t go wrong with ramps. I kept dinner simple. Sauteed the ramps and oyster mushrooms with olive oil and salt, then added my whole wheat rotini. Nothing fancy or rich, but the flavor of the ramps really came through. I can’t wait to eat it again.
Next week when I have more time, I’m going to buy more ramps and make a risotto with asparagus, ramps, peas and cremini mushrooms. Very seasonal!
