I just experienced Ko. Anna joined me for a 10 course meal that included delicious bites that utilized delicious ingredients that completely complimented my pallet.  Unfortunately I can’t recall everything but here’s a poor recollection of the evening:

Amuse bouche: hicharones with some spicy oil
Amuse bouche: uni chowder
Mackerel with yuzu and something crunchy
Aged beef carpaccio
Soft boiled egg with caviar and fingerling potatoes 
??
Hand torn pasta with crispy chicken spin and sausage
Trout with pickled onions and radishes
Shredded foie gras on top of Riesling gelee and lychee
Super tender lamb with huckleberries and espresso, along with brussels sprouts and celery root puree
Citrus ice cream with caramel and earl grey panne cotta
Passionfruit foam with custard and chocolate shavings

I seem to be missing a dish.  I know it came before the pasta but I’m drawing a total blank at this moment. Regardless, it was delicious and the setting was ideal.
